Criminal liability usually requires an action and a mental intent. An A.I. driving an UBER vehicle killed a pedestrian in Tempe Arizona last week – becoming the very first A.I. (in human history) to commit Murder. This video states the following : “The A.I. deliberately ran over the human pedestrian while the human driver was not looking. In doing so the A.I. actually gets away with murder as the human driver’s lack of paying attention is to blame in a court of human laws.”
